Isabelle Normand

Isabelle Normand is a poet, an essay and drama writer. Her first means of expression is poetry, as it is her way of living and being. She is a regular leader for writing workshops, for trainings of all kinds in France and abroad, for radio broadcasting, for encounters and poetry evenings. She is mostly interested in writings of all kinds, no matter the way it goes through or its origin, in exploring an inner universe which, she thinks, is the essence of creation. Her plays were put on stage at the Avignon Festival. The Rire de l’âme is her first novel.
